Services

Complimentary Consultation

A 15-minute complimentary phone consultation with me is a chance for us to connect and see if we’re a good fit. During our conversation, I’ll ask about your concerns, what you’re looking for in therapy, and any goals you have in mind. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions about my approach, experience, and what to expect in our sessions.

Individual Session

An individual therapy session with me is a safe, supportive space where we focus on your unique needs and goals. In each session, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, working together to gain insight and develop effective coping strategies. My goal is to support your growth, healing, and overall well-being at a pace that feels right for you.

Nervous System Mapping

In my practice, I incorporate nervous system mapping to help you understand how your body responds to stress, emotions, and past experiences. This guided exercise brings awareness to your unique nervous system patterns, identifying triggers and regulation strategies that support your healing. By deepening your connection to your body’s signals, we work together to build resilience, enhance self-regulation, and create a greater sense of balance and well-being.

Clinical Supervision

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia, I provide virtual clinical supervision for Licensed Master Social Workers working toward clinical licensure. My approach offers a supportive and collaborative space to strengthen clinical skills, build confidence, and navigate challenges in practice. Through case consultation, ethical guidance, and skill development, we work together to enhance your effectiveness as a therapist. I offer flexible, virtual supervision that meets Virginia licensing requirements while accommodating your schedule and professional needs.
